What's Included

Accra, the coast,
and the Eastern Region.

Every tier builds from the same real experiences. What changes is how many you get, and the level of stay in between.

Independence Arch, Accra
01 · Accra
The Guided City Tour
AC vehicle and a local guide through the W.E.B. Du Bois Centre, the National Museum, and Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, where golden fountain statues still blow their horns for freedom. Makola Market for fabrics, spices, and beads. Independence Square, and the iconic I LOVE ACCRA photo spot.
02 · Cape Coast
Heritage: Elmina, Kakum & Cape Coast Castle
A scenic three-hour drive to Kakum National Park, seven suspended bridges above the rainforest canopy. Then Elmina Castle, the first European-built structure in sub-Saharan Africa, and Cape Coast Castle, Ghana's first capital, where the dungeons and museum bring a difficult history into full view.
03 · Eastern Region
Shai Hills Safari & Akosombo Boat Cruise
A full day hiking Shai Hills, spotting zebras, antelopes, and baboons on safari, then a boat cruise on the Volta River past the Akosombo Dam and Adomi Bridge. Real wildlife, real water, in one day.
The waterfall massage, Boti Falls
04 · Wellness
The Waterfall Massage
A signature massage at Boti Falls, in the water, under the falls, with traditional Kente wraps and a banana leaf fan. Roundtrip transport included, 1h30 from Accra.
Osu night market scene
05 · Food
Osu Street Food & Night Market
A guided night tour through Osu's street food scene, exclusively vetted, highly rated vendors. Chichinga kebabs, Kelewele fried plantain, and West Africa's most famous Jollof rice.
The royal palm avenue, Aburi Gardens
06 · Nature
Aburi Gardens, Boti Falls & Cocoa Farm
Centuries-old trees and a royal palm avenue at Aburi Botanical Gardens. A swim at Boti Falls. A visit to Ghana's Umbrella Rock, and the Tetteh Quarshie Cocoa Farm, where Ghana's cocoa story began.
Three Tiers

Same country.
Three different journeys.

On the names: Akwaaba means "welcome" in Twi, the first word most visitors hear at the airport. Sankofa, the bird looking backward while moving forward, means "go back and get it", learning from the past to build the future. Ohemaa is the Akan title for "queen mother", a position of real authority. Each name matches what that tier actually delivers.

From The Journal

The Africa
they didn't teach you.

Nature · 01
The Waterfall That's Actually Two, Arguing
Boti Falls is really two separate waterfalls, locally called male and female, that only merge during the rainy season.
History · 02
They Built This to Impress the Queen Who Used to Rule Them
Ghana's Independence Arch was finished on a deadline: Queen Elizabeth II's 1961 state visit, four years after independence.
History · 03
They Renamed the Door in 1998
It used to be the Door of No Return. Then two people brought two sets of ancestral remains home through it.
